Fresno State has reached a significant milestone, marking a 5% increase in student enrollment this past year. The university now is looking at a headcount of about 25,000 students.

With the academic fall semester coming to an end, Fresno State students are beginning to enroll in classes for next semester and some are striking out.

As enrollment numbers rise, securing spots in high-demand classes, such as general ed or prerequisites has become increasingly competitive.

However, registration is not the only aspect in high demand. Parking since the beginning of the semester has been nearly impossible for students. Even if they bought a parking permit, students are desperately looking for a spot to park.
