The Marjaree Mason Center announced Thursday it has received a $1 million donation from Booth Ranches and the Otis Booth Foundation, completing the $21 million fundraising goal for its new Community Resource Center, the Isnardi Foundation Building.
The center, which began construction in 2018, will house the organization’s 24/7 trauma-informed crisis drop-in center and non-residential services, including a hotline, counseling, group therapy, legal advocacy, children’s services, and prevention programs.
The facility modernizes a 60-year-old building to meet current safety and operational standards.

Community Resource Center Construction to End by January
The donation arrives as the Marjaree Mason Center nears the end of construction, expected to wrap up this month, with services transitioning to the new facility by early February.

Nicole Linder, the center’s CEO, emphasized the importance of the contribution. “We are deeply grateful for the incredible generosity of Booth Ranches towards this critical community resource.” Linder continued, “This substantial gift strengthens our ability to provide the comfort, courage, hope, confidence, dignity, and respect that all survivors deserve.”
The Isnardi Foundation, a longtime supporter of the center, previously contributed $1 million in matching funds, sparking a successful two-week public fundraising campaign that raised over $1 million last month.

Though the project’s primary funding is secured, the center is revisiting costs cut from the initial budget, including an outdoor children’s play structure and architectural fees.
Naming opportunities in the new building remain available for donations ranging from $50,000 to $10 million, with pledges payable over five years.
